My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I had some issues with the smell. The service left a lot to be desired as the staff wasn't particularly friendly. The location is a bit out of the way for tourists, but it was easy to find transportation. Dining was quite basic and poorly organized, which was disappointing. Overall, I think the hotel is decent but not ideal for everyone.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were generally clean and comfortable, but I did face an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, which required me to switch. The cleanliness was good overall, though.
Service
5.0
Service was quite unfriendly, with staff showing little expression or explanation. Although they were fluent in English, I found them unapproachable, which affected the experience.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path for tourists and primarily caters to locals, but tuk-tuks are easy to find for accessing downtown Hatyai.
Dining
5.0
Dining was pretty underwhelming; it felt poorly organized, and the breakfast selection was quite limited. I expected more variety and better management.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities need improvement, especially the dining area. It felt like it lacked organization.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is a bit out of the city center, making it a quieter retreat. The rooms are spacious and absolutely noise-free, and I really appreciated the free Wi-Fi, something that's not always a given elsewhere. On the downside, the service could be more attentive, and while the dining was decent, it could definitely use some improvement.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and completely quiet. The design really reflects the local culture, and I felt comfortable during my stay.
Service
6.0
The staff was friendly, but there were moments when they seemed less engaged. It was a bit hit or miss.
Location
7.0
The location is away from the bustling tourist spots, which made it feel more local and laid-back, but perhaps not ideal for those wanting to explore the city.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. It was a buffet that was okay, not much variety.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered good facilities overall, but there wasn't anything particularly impressive to note.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere with traditional Thai decor in the rooms, which are spacious and well-equipped. While I appreciated the quick room readiness, the service overall was lacking, with unfriendly staff and overpricing on tuk-tuk rides. The location is decent, not too far from downtown and easy to find transportation. Dining options were simple but satisfactory for breakfast, though some items in the minibar seemed pricey.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional Thai decor, providing a unique charm. However, I noticed that only one toothbrush was provided, which was a bit unusual.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was below standard, as the staff was quite unfriendly and didn't provide proper explanations. They managed to get my room ready in just 30 minutes, but their suggested tuk-tuk prices were exorbitantly high.
Location
7.0
The hotel is situated outside the town center, but it’s relatively easy to find tuk-tuks or walk to popular spots like Kimyong in about 10 minutes.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was simple, offering some standard international and Thai options, sufficient to start the day. However, I felt some of the minibar items were overpriced.
Facilities
7.0
Overall facilities were decent, but nothing particularly stood out as exceptional.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offered a mix of local charm and a budget-friendly price. The rooms had a lovely design but felt a bit worn out. The staff were generally friendly, although not very attentive at times. The location was convenient for getting around, and the dining options were simple yet halal and satisfying, especially for the price.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were tastefully decorated with local design and fabrics, though they did look a bit old.
Service
6.0
While the staff were friendly when things were going smoothly, their attentiveness could have been better.
Location

The hotel is located in the city, making it easy to find tuk-tuks or walk to nearby attractions.
Dining

The breakfast was simple but tasty and halal, especially at just THB150 for an all-you-can-eat option.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, although there wasn't much more than the essentials.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. It was located near the Malaysian/Thai border, which made it convenient for my travels. The rooms were okay but definitely need a serious renovation. On the positive side, the service was friendly, though they did suggest taking overpriced tuktuks. Overall, I felt the hotel had potential but fell short in a few areas.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were okay but nothing special, and they really need a serious renovation.
Service
6.0
The service staff was friendly, and they even made fresh scrambled eggs to order. However, they advised us to take overpriced tuktuks standing in front of the hotel, which felt below standard.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in a pleasant area outside the center of town, which gives it a nice vibe. It was easy to get tuktuks for exploring.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was okay, with a mix of international and Thai food, but I was disappointed that they didn’t have a basic dish like an omelette.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were standard, nothing luxurious stood out, but they served their purpose.
